Stephanie is an infection control Nurse Practitioner with a decade of healthcare experience. In the COVID-19 pandemic, she has overseen some of Toronto's largest testing centres. Stephanie has successfully managed aggressive COVID-19 outbreaks across Toronto's long-term care/ congregate living facilities and designed highly effective vaccine hesitancy programs. She has developed COVID-19 clinical expertise as both a front-line provider for unstable patients, and as an active researcher. She brings forth a wealth of knowledge and skill in prevention of infectious disease spread in the workplace, and management of COVID-19 outbreak situations.
Ariana is a highly skilled registered nurse with over 5 years of experience working in both emergency medicine and COVID-19 testing centres. Since the beginning, Ariana has worked on the frontlines of the pandemic and has gained proficiency in rapidly assessing and managing COVID-19 positive clients. She is currently completing her Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) and combined Nurse Practitioner (NP) certificate. Her current research thesis is aimed at exploring leadership strategies to improve nursing retention. Ariana has experience in designing, managing, and leading COVID-19 testing units. She is quickly emerging as a leader in nursing and specializes in creating highly effective and efficient teams.
Laurie is an accomplished Registered Nurse and nursing leader with over a decade of experience in emergency medicine. She is currently pursuing a combined Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) degree and Nurse Practitioner (NP) certificate. She knows firsthand what has been required to fight the COVID-19 pandemic on the frontlines of a busy downtown Emergency department. She has developed expertise in disaster/emergency preparedness and led the development of this program in one of Toronto's largest hospitals. Laurie brings a wealth of knowledge in the triage, testing, and management of COVID-19 patients.
